Thanks, GT. We've been combing through old boxes to toss stuff in advance of our move. Yhis weekend, my son ca.e across a folder in one box and goes, "Hey dad, I think this is an evaluation of you." I was perplexed and asked to see it. Turns out, it was an application for a transfer to a specialized unit in the NYPD. As required, it included my last 3 annual evaluations by my Commanding Officer. Coincidentally, she specifically commented on my ability to communicate well/effectively. Serendipitous find? Maybe not.
