Mike, you looked back and saw yourself fulfilling the requirements required to obtain the key necessary to unlock the you that you have become today. The key to open the door that allows you to step thru and deliver what you know you can deliver and what is needed to be delivered.
We all have to fit into molds, sometimes. But, we should never lose sight of who we truly are.
Agree, GT. Adjust to the circumstance, but remain true/honest to yourself. There were classes and discussions where I debated with myself whether to open my mouth and be heard.
I chose to speak. I had to remain who I was. I did it civilly. I grew from understanding the opposition or sometimes simply a different view.
I have been finding some many other things as I clear out old boxes and am noticing much has been there always, I just may not have had a name or way of expressing it them. Imposter syndrome is one of those things.
